The more effective the cleaning pressure, the denser and heavier the filter media should be; the higher the emission requirements, the heavier the filter media.

The chemical and physical properties of the fiber have a fundamental impact on the efficiency and service life of the filter material. The physical and chemical properties of the flue gas dust and the temperature will affect the stability of the fiber in various ways. Swedish chemist Svante Arrhenius found that the chemical attack on sensitive fiber polymers will double for every 10℃ increase in operating temperature.

Standard Use Of Filter Materials

Install

Correct and careful installation. It is strictly forbidden to cause dust leakage due to improper installation of the flower plate or the inside of the filter bag. It is strictly forbidden to install the bag without cleaning the inside to cause secondary pollution.

Reliable and effective dust cleaning
During the use of filter bags, the dust on the dust-facing surface gradually increases and the pressure difference rises. Effective dust cleaning and dust isolation should be carried out to keep the pressure difference inside and outside the bag within the set range. Excessive dust cleaning pressure for spraying will greatly reduce the service life of the filter bag.

Prevention

Prevent sudden abnormal situations
When the bag filter is in operation, it should prevent sudden abnormal situations, such as sudden increase in gas temperature, entry of corrosive gas, sudden drop in gas temperature below dew point, etc., to avoid damage due to factors such as temperature, humidity, chemical corrosion, mechanical wear or impact exceeding the tolerance range of the filter bag.

Repair

Equipment maintenance
If the filter bag is damaged, it should be discovered and replaced in time. The pressure difference change of the bag filter, the working condition of the dust cleaning system, the change of process conditions, etc. should be observed frequently. If any unexpected situation occurs, the fault should be eliminated in time and the working condition of the bag filter should be adjusted to ensure the smooth production.
